How to Survive a BTS Concert in PH – Tips on Ticket Selling Day

Few more days before the start of the official ticket selling day of BTS Wings Tour in Manila – and I tell you ticket selling day is as exciting as the concert day itself. It is something you have to prepare too.

So here are some tips and things to remember during the ticket selling day itself:

  • KALMA. This is the first tip. Don’t panic and be positive.
  • April 2, 2017, Sunday  is the start of the ticket selling for BTS Wings Tour in Manila. Mark your calendars. Set your alarms.
  • Tickets will be available at all SM Ticket Outlets Nationwide. Please see list below:
  • 13076667_1341541952539335_3276391349917155118_n

UPDATE: for the complete list of sm ticket outlets see link

TIP : Go to SM Tickets branches where you think there will be less people. Based on my experience, its better to go to SM tickets in the province. I bought my Epilogue ticket at SM Lipa (Batangas). I am not a PR holder but I got a pretty good queue number for VIP standing A last Epilogue (192) because we (my friends and I) were basically in 3rd in line during the ticket selling in SM Lipa. This mean I am 192nd person to enter the VIP standing area A. We manage to be atleast on the 3rd or 4th row from the main stage.

TIP: There are SM malls that has 2 or more SM Ticket counter. As early as now, know what counter to go. In SM Lipa, the counter across entrance of SM Department Store at 2nd floor sells the concert tickets (the one near the extension area).

Go to your chosen SM malls as early as possible (before opening if you can). Since there are lesser ARMYs in SM Lipa, I was still pretty early even if I arrived at SM Lipa 30 mins before the mall’s opening. During ticket selling at malls in Manila, I remember there were people who lined up hours before the mall’s opening.

SM tickets does not open until the actual mall hours. Depending on the crowd, there are malls where they ask ticket buyers to line up outside the mall (big crowd) while some simply just don’t allow the people to enter (smaller crowd) until the mall hours.

  • List down at least 3 preferred seat/sections. This is in case your desired seat/section is no longer available when you buy your tickets. Having back up seat/sections prevent you from buying random seat out of panic. If you’re buying with friends, have it agreed among yourselves to prevent discussing it while on the counter. It saves time and respects other people who are still waiting for their turn. Remember, while you’re at the counter there are other people at a different branch buying their ticket too so the more you spend time at the counter the bigger chance of losing your desired seat.

TIP: If your schedule is flexible, consider asking if your desired seat is available on either Day 1 or Day 2.

If you’re still unsure of what seat to take, you might want to consider my blog posts below.

  • Consider online ticketing. Ticket will also be available at Though most really recommend to fall in line at your chosen SM Ticket outlets, you can also consider booking your tickets via online. Since its a two-day concert, I think can handle more online buyers. There are 2x more tickets available than last Epilogue so hopefully won’t breakdown just like what happened last year.

Though Exordium in Manila’s online ticketing was handled by, I think its still very comparable on how works. During Exordium in Manila, I tried purchasing tickets via and I had no problem. I’m not an IT expert but I think being a two-day concert lessen the traffic in the website. It didn’t crash at all. (To all the IT experts, please correct me if I am wrong. This is just my assumption based on my observation).

Sharing an input from a twitter friend (@triggeredsuho)

As much as we want to accurately predict if will crash or not there are really so many things to consider but for me, safest is to go to your nearest sm malls to buy your tickets.

TIP: Try purchasing tickets online while lining up. If your data can’t handle it while lining up, ask your trusted friends who have better connection at home to buy it online for you. Just make sure you have an open communication to avoid double buying.

During Epilogue in Manila, we had a strategy. Me and my other friend went to SM Lipa to buy our ticket and one of our friend tried buying online. My friend had a hard time accessing the as soon as its hit 10 am (start of selling). We ended up buying it at SM ticket counter. Remember, teamwork makes dream work. Haha.

TIPS on buying ticket online:

  1. As early as now create your account. (The account name should be the same with the name of the credit card you’ll use) Log-in minutes before the ticket selling starts. As soon as you log-in at your account, there will be 30 minute countdown. Your account will be auto logged out after 30 minutes. To avoid this, go to other pages of the website, it refreshes the countdown. Familiarize yourself on how to navigate the website. ‘Try’ purchasing something for you to know what to expect when its time to buy the Wings Tour ticket. Capture.PNG

2. You need a credit card and in purchasing you need this following information:

Capture 2

TIP: Type the credit card number on a note or word so that you’ll just copy paste it here. It saves time and prevents you from entering the wrong number out of panic.

Make sure that your credit card or your parent’s card can be used online. I once tried purchasing a plane ticket online using my card but it always fail so I had to call the bank to confirm. They said its because of EPS. This is a added security to all credit cards nowadays and you have to ask your bank to somehow ‘activate’ your card to allow it to be used online. There is no harm asking your bank (or ask your parents to confirm) if your card can be used online especially if its your first time buying online.

Once you click proceed there will be page asking you to key in the security code sent in to the card holder’s phone number so you better have your phone or your parent’s phone with you. You can also choose to send it via email if you didn’t receive the text message. I always choose to send it via email (cardholder’s email). Its faster. (YES YOU CANNOT USE YOUR PARENTS CARD WITHOUT PERMISSION BECAUSE OF THIS. HAHA)

3. You will get a claim  ticket voucher just like this if your online purchase is successful. As written, this is not yet your ticket. You still have to claim your ticket at the nearest SM ticket outlets anytime before the concert. During Epilogue in Manila, I remember someone presenting her claim ticket voucher at the counter when were claiming for our queue number for VIP standing and they didn’t accept it. She lined up for hours for the queue number but she didn’t get so please claim your tickets before the concert.Capture 3

In claiming your ticket please take note of the following:

Please check number 19 in the show FAQ if you used you parent’s credit card and they cannot claim your tickets at any SM store.

Check out Happee Sy’s official facebook account for the complete FAQs.

  • Be calm but vigilant. Some would really take advantage having their parents with them but if ever you see something ‘not right’ please approach them with all respect. And if by any chance, you’re the one thinking about taking advantage just because you have your parents with you, just don’t. Parang awa. Respect and be fair.
  • Take care of your belongings.
  • Don’t support scalpers. If it happens that you didn’t manage to get tickets, as much as possible, don’t support scalpers. There are instances that some ARMYs can’t attend for some reason and sell their ticket before the concert, check them out on twitter but please be careful. Do not give you money as soon as they ask for it. If you need some help to check their legitimacy, you can hit me @AldayRoxanne at twitter.
  • At the counter be prepared for the following information/things:
    1. The day you want to be in. Day 1 May 6 or Day 2 May 7
    2. Seat you want. Be specific as much as possible. If your desired seat is not available anymore but you want to be in the same section, ask the sales lady at the counter to let you see the seat still available at the same section. Most ticket counters have screens facing the customers to let them see the details of the ticket they are buying. Wag mahihiyang magtanong. 🙂
    3. Your money – give exact amount as much as possible.
    4. Your credit card/parent’s credit card – if it’s yours, be prepared with your valid ID, if its your parent’s be sure your parent is with you. He or she needs to sign it.

Should you need clarification or tips, you can reach me at @RoxyUnnie at twitter. Will be happy to help. See you all.

How to Survive a BTS Concert in PH – VIP Seated or VIP Standing?

This is the second post in my How to Survive a BTS Concert in PH series. Now, I’ll be sharing to you points you have to consider if you’ll go for VIP Seated or VIP Standing.

This was my view during Epilogue in Manila at VIP Standing A.

(I’m still actually trying to decide what to buy for Wings Tour and I hope writing this article would help me too. I suggest you have a pen and a paper with you as you go through this article and make a tally between VIP Standing or VIP seated each time you prefer either of the two.)

  • Money money money ya – So  Inang and Pulp have announced the official seat plan and ticket prices for the Wings Tour in Manila and I was really expecting that VIP standing and VIP seated would be priced at same rate just like how it was during Epilogue in Manila. I was so shook to know that VIP standing is cheaper than at least the VIP seating A. Just imagine, what you can do with your excess 2,000 pesos. You can already grab a gen ad (exclusive of sm ticket charges) ticket with that. Instead of going to either Day 1 or Day 2, why not both.

Personal view: I’m considering going to both days so its really tempting to go VIP standing on Day 2 and buy gen ad or upper box ticket for Day 1. But there are still so many things to consider, so let’s continue.

C7ReTO9UwAAuVLpWings Tour in Manila Official Seat Plan courtesy of Pulp Live World.

  • Team Pulp Royalty – so here’s the complicated part. Since as of the time of writing, Inang or Pulp is yet to reveal the details of Pulp Royalty, the question is, will the 15,000 pesos Pulp royalty ticket price she tweeted applies to both VIP standing and VIP seated areas?

If that is the case, for Pulp Royalty holders, VIP standing and VIP seated have technically the same price.

Some may think that its unfair for VIP standing since it seems like they will purchase the soundcheck pass for 4,500 pesos as compared to 2,500 pesos if they’ll choose VIP seating A. But I think getting Pulp Royalty is very beneficial for VIP standing holders since they will be given ‘priority’ in entering the arena. (They will be the one to enter first thus they can have better position in the standing area). If you think  the 2,000 pesos difference is worth it for having a better chance to go nearer (as in very near) to your bias, Pulp Royalty Standing Area is for you.

For the Pulp Royalty VIP Seated, you may not be as near as those in the standing area but imagine securing seats in 204, 203 or 219, or 220 using your ‘royalty powers’ and having ‘Abot-kamay’ feeling while the boys are partying on the extended stage.

Personal view: My friends and I are seriously considering the perks of the Pulp Royalty in terms of having priority seats/standing area. But we’re still weighing it. Last year, we really wanted to get Pulp Royalty since we want to the Hi Touch experience and we promised ourselves that we’ll go this year but unfortunately, there will be no more Hi Touch this year.  But I think soundcheck party would still be an awesome experience. Imagine seeing them bare faced and rehearsing. You’ll only got to see it on behind the scenes of their concert DVDs.  (But if it happen to be Hi Touch again this year, there will no more question to be asked, we’ll go Pulp Royalty for sure.)

  • In Namjoon’s voice “Is this your first time with BTS?”- you might want to consider if this is your first time going to a VIP area on a BTS concert. If last Epilogue, you went VIP standing and had a chance to be close with the boys why not try VIP seated this time to have a better view of the stage. Likewise, if you went on VIP seated or any other seat during Epilogue, why not try ‘experiencing’ VIP standing.

One of the main differences of being in VIP standing and VIP seat is your view. In VIP seated, you’ll have a better view of the whole stage. The boys are on your eye-level. You’ll appreciate more the production and the choreographs. You’re like watching a concert DVD but live. You’ll see most (if not all) of what is happening on stage. And its is very different with the VIP standing area. In VIP standing area, you’ll not only see but might also experience special moments with the boys. Just imagine them being so near to you just like this:

Picture courtesy of Jenna (@PRINCEJEONGKOOK). We were with Jenna in VIP Standing A last Epilogue in Manila.

But of course, you’ll have limited view of what is happening as a whole. It actually depends on what area are you in. (I will write a separate blog my views on each VIP standing and seating area)

TIP: If you’ll go at back of the standing area you’ll get to have a better view of the whole stage. 🙂

TIP: If you’re a bias-oriented ARMY, you better start researching where your bias usually stays.

Personal view: For me, VIP standing is worth it especially if this is your first time going on a BTS concert. Just like what I said, its an ‘experience’ rather that mere seeing them perform live. Last Epilogue, we were in VIP standing A and it was really something I’ll never forget. Seeing the boys up close was like a dream come true. Every ARMY must experience it.

With that said,  I am really thinking if I should go VIP seated this time because I have already experienced VIP standing. I want to appreciate the whole production but I am afraid that I might regret it. I honestly didn’t get that much ‘special moment’ except getting Namjoon’s ball. I was so shook the whole time that I only remember staring them blankly as if I am questioning their existence. I’m now torn between wanting to see the whole production and having more moments with them. (If Pulp Royalty was a Hi Touch, I would be perfectly fine being in VIP seated. This case would be close.)

  • Have you taken your Omega 3? – Actually this should be your foremost consideration – your health condition. Being in VIP standing really requires a lot of energy and it could really be draining. If you’re a type of person who would ‘die’ running one lap on your school oval, I suggest you to go to VIP seated instead. You don’t want to pass out during or even before the concert right? On this note, let me discuss to you what VIP standing ticket holders usually (based on my experience last Epilogue, this may be different during  Wings)  have to go through before the concert (cause great power comes great responsibility):
  • Line up for your laminated VIP floor ID – VIP standing ticket holders are usually assigned of queuing numbers. This will be your sequence when you enter the standing area.  Before the concert, you will be asked to line up to get your laminated ID showing your sequence number.

If my memory served me right, it took me 1 or 2 hours before I got our ID because the line was crazy long and I haven’t eaten my lunch yet during that time. I started lining up at 11 am (or earlier) I think.

  • Line up again for VIP Floor Line Up – so after you got your VIP floor ID, you will be asked to be at the entrance of MOA Arena hours before the show because you’ll need to line up based on your queuing number.

Epilogue in Manila was scheduled to start at 6pm but we were asked to be at the entrance between 2-4pm. So after having a quick lunch and walking around MOA Arena to get free fansite goods (yes, there were a lot of freebies given around MOA during concerts its like a fiesta).  Before 2 pm we (my friends and I)  went to Coral Way entrance and then wait until they allowed us to get in. Upon entering the lobby of MOA Arena, we lined up based on our sequence number and waited again. The door to the actual VIP floor didn’t open until 4 pm.

  • Wait for the actual show  – The battle begins once you’re on the battlefield, the VIP floor. The tendency of everyone is to secure a good spot before the shows start so expect some pushing here and there.

Though we are given sequence numbers, we were already free to run (yes run) to the spot we want to stay. (TIP: As early as now, decide on where you want to stay. Be strategic. ) Everything was still manageable during the first few minutes. We even met some co ARMYs and now our friends (shoutout to @PRINCEJEONGKOOK and @SEOKJINOON). But as the time goes by, some were really eager to be on the front especially fansite-nims so the pushing started to intensify. Expect that there will be times you’ll be hit by fansite-nim’s enormous cameras and some could really be very aggressive to get that perfect shot. So we basically fought for our lives during the 2-hour waiting game. Imagine riding a jampacked MRT/LRT for 2 hours.

So to sum up, VIP standing really requires so much time and effort even before the actual show so you really have to consider your health condition.

Personal view: I don’t really mind going through this process again. I learned my lesson during Epilogue in Manila. I know what to do this time.

If you really want to go for VIP standing, I really suggest that you prepare yourself physically and emotionally.

  • Are you a Jimin or a Namjoon? – because height matters if you’re in the VIP standing area. It’s really not because of your co-armys being tall but when everyone starts to use their phone to record the boys, most likely you’ll see the boys through their screen and not on stage.

Personal view: I’m not that tall too but I wish I was. HAHAHA. TIP: Try not to record everything. This is not only to respect those who cannot see the boys because you’ll probably block their view but for you to also appreciate the live performances. If you intend to record everything and just spazz while watching your fancams after the concert might as well save your money and just buy the concert DVD of BTS. Tip: If the people in front of you start to be really annoying because they block your view, report them to the nearest bouncers.

So have you already decided if you’ll go VIP standing or VIP seated for Wings Tour? Hope this article helped you. Should you have any question regarding this, you can reach me @RoxyUnnie on twitter. Let me know too if you’ll go VIP standing or VIP seated. Help me decide. 😭

How to Survive a BTS Concert in PH – Things you should consider before ticket selling

Yes, the boys of Bangtan Sonyeondan (BTS) will be back in Manila for a 2-day concert on May – and PH ARMYs know this means war! That’s why I decided to put up some ‘survival’ tips for you based on my experience during Epilogue in Manila last July 30, 2016 and all other concerts I have attended in MOA Arena.

Disclaimer: I am not part of Pulp Live World, the official promoter of BTS’ Wings and Epilogue tour in Manila. Everything is based on my personal experience. Pulp may change the way they handle Wings tour from Epilogue.

Before the ticket selling

  • Know your ‘officials’ – you have to be informed of any updates from the ‘officials’.You have to know the basic such as the date of the concert, venue and of course the ticket prices plus the date of ticket selling a.k.a Hunger Games.So how to be updated? Follow these official accounts:

@BigHitEnt (twitter) – BigHit’s official twitter. I bet you’re familiar with @BTS_twt, the  boys’ personal twitter but you have to also follow their company’s official twitter for their schedule. For the full schedule of wings tour you can also check out BTS’ official website:

@happeesy (twitter) / @happeehour (facebook) – Inang’s official accounts.She is one of the brains behind Pulp Live World together with her husband @Vernon_Go (twitter). They spearhead major kpop concerts in the Philippines. Following Inang is a must for you to be updated. She personally answers some fans’ questions to give ‘clues’ and ‘hints’ ahead of official announcements.

But beware of fake accounts. There are reports circulating about people using Inang’s identity to scam people. Do not buy tickets unless its from SMTICKETS or PULP LIVE WORLD (for Pulp Royalty). They are not accepting reservations neither down payment as of the moment. (They were actually accepting down payments before but as of now no such promos is announced by Inang). Please be guided. Avoid transacting to anyone other than Pulp or SM tickets for tickets even if they say they have cheaper prices.

Inang and Pulp usually post FAQs before the concert. So make sure you read them too.

  • Choose your battle – since its a two-day concert, decide if you’ll go to Day 1, Day 2 or both. Aside from the money you need to spend, here are some things you might want to consider:

Day 1

Pros  You’ll be the one to welcome the boys! You’ll be the first to know what will be the  setlist. (The boys said during the Wings  concert in Seoul that some of the songs they performed will not be performed on the other stops of the tour).

May 6 is Saturday, you’ll have time to ‘recover’ before Monday a.k.a ‘Reality’ comes.

Cons– If you’ll not attend  Day 2, then you’ll probably cry the night realizing that BTS is performing again in your country and you’re not there. It adds salt to your then recovering fangirl heart. Post concert depression (PCD) will be 10x more painful. (I felt this during OTRA Manila)

Day 2

Pros – Artists usually get more hype during the 2nd day of the concert knowing its the last day. This was true during One direction’s OTRA tour here in Manila. BTS usually also say during their 3-day concert in Seoul that they give their all during the last day.

But based on my Epilogue experience, BTS always do their best (to be honest).

Cons – May 7 is Sunday family day and of course the day before Monday. If you are from the province, chances are you’ll be absent from work (I guess there will be no school since its May?) the next day. Or you’ll probably end up fangirling at work the next day.

Pros – Well, you get to experience both days!

Cons – You’ll have to spend extra money going back and forth MOA or if you’re from the province you’ll have to consider booking a place to stay near MOA.

Everything has their own pros and cons but I think what’s more important is that you’ll be able to see BTS’ 7 amazing boys perform live.

My friends and I are considering attending  Day 2. (But hoping I could attend Day 1 too.)

  • Choose your battalion – Team Pulp royalty? Team VIP seating or standing? Team LB? Team UB? Team Gen Ad? or Inang’s ritemed version, Team Generic?

As of the time of writing, the official seat plan for Wings Tour is yet to be posted.

UPDATE: The official seat plat is out and I am shook!

I have been to several concerts in MOA Arena and I’ve been to different areas too -from VIP standing up to the upper box area and I can say each area has its own charm.

Team Upper box – This was my view during One K Concert in Manila. This is specifically in Upper box 420A H-4.(UPDATE: This is Upper Box B per Wings Tour Seat Plan). This is the second to the last row in the upper box area so its quite far from the stage. The gen ad area was one row behind me. I was planning to get gen ad ticket the night before the concert but there were no more available gen ad ticket so I ended up buying this. But if you’ll be able to line up early for the ticket selling, you have a greater chance of having a better seat in the same area. The nearest seat to the stage in the upper box area is where the ladies in maroon and in brown shirts in the picture are seating. (UPDATE: This is upper box A already. I say the 1,000 difference is worth if you’ll be able to get the first row in upper box A. If not, just get the first row available for upper box B because it just as good. It’s all about getting that first row seats to make a difference).

Capture 2

One K Concert seat plan courtesy of All Access Production. Crossed out in the picture was my area per seat plan.

What I love in this area: The energy of fans in the upper box and gen ad area. Even if these areas are the farthest from the stage, fans here are, I think, the loudest. Most of them are the young fans so the energy is really high. Plus you can see the whole stage . I hope the Wings Tour in Manila stage is as massive as the other Wings Tour stop so team upper box and gen ad can appreciate their view more. Plus you get to appreciate the whole army bomb ocean.

What I don’t like in this area: Its too steep and really scary. I was not able to stand up during the whole concert because it was really scary. I don’t know if its just me having fear or heights or what.

Tips: If you’re planning to get gen ad or upper box tickets you better be EARLY on the day of the ticket selling because these areas are two of the ‘best sellers’ aside from the VIP tickets. Upper box tickets are usually reserved seating areas meaning you are assigned a seat so you don’t have to go early on the concert day. I am not yet really sure if gen ad and Inang’s generic area will be reserved seating or free seating which means it will be on first come first serve basis. You have  to be early on the actual day on the concert so you can choose a better seat. (UPDATE: Gen ad and Generic area are also on reserve seating basis)

Team Lower box (UPDATE: this is maybe half of VIP seating B and VIP seating C) – this is actually my favorite area. This is my view from LB 205 L-14 (UPDATE: I think this is VIP seating B) is during Big Bang’s MADE in Manila. Due to the massive stage of Big Bang it really feels that you’re near the stage.

big bang

Big Bang MADE seat plan courtesy of Pulp Live World. Crossed out in the picture was my area per seat plan.

What I love in this area: Its on a reserved seating basis too so you don’t have to go early on the day of the concert. I honestly feel that the difference in view between LB and VIP seated is not that material since LB is basically the same area as VIP seated but you’ll just have to occupy the last rows. (UPDATE: This is really interesting since, VIP seating A, B and C has material difference in prices. I say, its really a matter of getting that first row for each area. Choose your seat wisely. But every seat in this area is good. It really depends on your budget)

What I don’t like in this area:  It will give you that ‘so near yet so far feeling’ that you want to jump out that area so you can join the boys on stage. Also, good seats in this area are easily sold out. And since you’re on the either side of the arena, its hard to find out what is happening on the other side. Hello.

TIPS: Study the choreographies of BTS. Know if your bias is always on the left side or the right side. Of course, you would choose the side of the arena where your bias is usually staying. I chose the left side during MADE because TOP and G-dragon were usually on the left side. During Epilogue, I think it was Jimin, JK, and Rapmon who were always on the left side. Try also to spot empty seat in the VIP seated area. During MADE, there were VIP seats that were not sold so we moved to those seats, instant upgrade from LB to VIP seated. (UPDATE: I think everything will be sold out fast! Ticket prices in this area is cheaper than what I expected.)

Team VIP Seated – During 5sos’ Sounds Live Feels Live concert in Manila, we were in the first row of either LB 201 or LB 202. Our experience during the 5sos concert may be different in Wings Tour since 5sos didn’t have the extended stage. But the picture below can give you an idea how will it looks if BTS is on the main stage.

NOTE: Depending on the show, 202, 201, 221 and 222 areas are sometimes regarded as lower box  and sometimes VIP seated. I just realized that during the 5sos concert this was only priced as lower box but during MADE and Epilogue this were VIP seated. Maybe because 5sos didn’t have the extended stage while both MADE and Epilogue have extended stage. Maybe you can find pictures and fancams from this area during MADE and Epilogue so that you can assess what it looks like with the extended stage. (UPDATE:  202, 201, 221 and 222 are VIP seated. I saw some pictures on twitter on this area from Epilogue in Manila (which i cant share here because they are not mine) and I think its a pretty good spot too given that Wings Tour has a bigger stage. They could be nearer.

Sounds live feels live seat plan courtesy of MMI live. Crossed out in the picture was our area per seat plan.

What I love in this area: Its on a reserved seating basis so you really don’t have to fight for your life unlike in VIP standing area and you don’t have to go extra early on the concert day.

UPDATE: Check out my 2nd post regarding VIP seated vs VIP standing area.

What I don’t like in this area:  People in this area tend to stand and crowd the first rows of the area in order to go nearer the stage. VIP seated areas other than 202, 201, 222 and 221 looks nearer. I personally think LB areas feels nearer than VIP seating 202,201,222, 221.( UPDATE:  Since Wings Tour has a bigger stage and extends up to 203, 204, 220 and 2019 I think you’ll have that ‘so near’ feeling. Plus the boys will be facing you all the time.)

TIPS: Just like what I said before, know where your bias is but if you are bias wrecked all the time you might want to consider VIP seating 202, 201, 222 and 221.

I will share on a separate blog entry my thoughts and experience on VIP Standing during Epilogue in Manila. For now, I’ll let you see my view back then.

UPDATE: Post on VIP standing vs VIP seating is up!

TIPS: Before the ticket selling make sure that you already have your desired specific seat to save time when buying the ticket. Have a back up seat in mind just in case your desired seat is already taken.
